Timothy B. Shaffery, Esq.
Timothy B. Shaffery is the founder and managing attorney of SHAFFERY & CORONADO P.C. A native of Arizona, he graduated cum laude from Northern Arizona University in 1989 with a Bachelor of Science. Mr. Shaffery wanted to earn his law degree away from his roots and relocated to Ohio to attend the University of Akron School of Law. There, he graduated in the top 25 percent of his class, was on the Dean's Honor List, and received the American Jurisprudence Award for Advanced Trial Advocacy. Mr. Shaffery is a former prosecutor and public defender and has been in private practice since 1998. Before forming Shaffery & Coronado, P.C., Mr. Shaffery was the managing attorney in his prior law firm, The Law Offices of Timothy B. Shaffery, P.C.
Mr. Shaffery was first intrigued with the law when he was in a grave automobile accident. His attorney, Paul Rees, inspired Mr. Shaffery to attend law school. They have continued their relationship and remain close. Mr. Rees, an experienced and respected trial attorney with 55 years of experience, continues to associate and mentor Mr. Shaffery with litigation and his law practice. Mr. Shaffery focuses on litigation in the areas of personal injury, wrongful death, real estate and corporate/business disputes.
He is a member of the Arizona Bar and is licensed to appear in all state and federal courts in Arizona and several Native American Tribal Courts. In addition, he is a member of the Navajo and Apache County Bar Association, the Arizona Trial Lawyers Association, and the American Trial Lawyers Association. Mr. Shaffery serves as legal counsel to the White Mountain Safe House for domestic violence; is chairman of the Navajo County Victim Compensation Board; and is the founder of Northeastern Arizona Center for Equal Justice, an organization of attorneys offering pro bono services to individuals unable to afford legal representation.
He lives in Pinetop, Arizona with his wife Aida, and their two children Kaitlin and Jameson. Their oldest son, Colin, lives in Phoenix where he is studying fire science. |
Eduardo Coronado, Esq.
Mr. Coronado first became interested in law when he was a migrant farmworker accompanying his parents to follow the crop seasons in Arizona and California. He realized he wanted to pursue a career in law when he saw the struggles his parents endured while following the crop seasons and appreciated the efforts undertaken by Cesar Chavez to help migrant farmworkers. Mr. Coronado focuses on the firm’s division of family law, civil litigation, and personal injury. In addition to his Arizona Bar Association membership, he is a member of the Navajo and Apache County Bar Association. Victoria L. Earle, Esq.
![]() Victoria L. Earle is an associate attorney who joined the firm in 2007. Victoria is a 2001 graduate of the University of Akron School of Law. While in Law school, she participated in trial team and the Jessup International Moot Court, and she was awarded the CALI Award for Excellence in corporate law. She was awarded a B.A. in Psychology summa cum laude from the University of Akron in 1992. Prior to attending law school, Victoria was most recently employed in the field of Mental Retardation/Development Disabilities. As a law student, Victoria clerked for the Honorable Carla Moore of the Akron Municipal Court and interned for the Honorable Alice Batchelder of the United States Court of Appeals for the Sixth Circuit. Victoria's first employment after law school was as judicial clerk for the Honorable David Sanders of the 23rd Judicial Circuit for the State of West Virginia. Subsequently, Victoria served for two years as a judicial clerk to the Honorable William Baird of the Ninth District Court of Appeals for the State of Ohio. Victoria came to SHAFFERY & CORONADO, P.C. from White Mountain Legal Aid, she handled cases involving family law, dependencies, consumer law, landlord/tenant, contract law, and civil litigation. Victoria recently resigned as the President of the Board of the White Mountain SAFE House as counsel. Additionally, Victoria is on the board of the Episcopal Church of Our Saviour in Show Low. Her outside interests include travel, reading, writing, sewing, astronomy, and enjoying the various outdoor activities available in Arizona. Victoria is admitted to practice in Ohio, and recently passed the bar for Arizona. She is admitted to practice in the United States District Court for the Northern District of Ohio. She has been trained in mediation through the Arizona Attorney General's Office. Victoria's focus at the firm is on family law, civil litigation, and appeals. |
Eduardo H. Coronado graduated from The University of Arizona with a Bachelor of Arts. Having lived in Arizona all his life, he wanted to diversify his educational background and moved to Ohio where he earned his Juris Doctorate at the University of Akron School of Law. There, he was elected as President of The Student Bar Association, President of the Asian-Latino Law Student Association, and organized the University of Akron School of Law Chapter of Habitat for Humanity.
